Accuracy
Alerts are based on the MTA's public service data and are rewritten in plain language by an automated system that uses an AI model. Messages may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate, and carriers do not guarantee delivery. Always check official MTA sources such as new.mta.info before making travel decisions. Bronx Line Watch is not affiliated with or endorsed by the MTA.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from missed, late, or inaccurate messages. We may change or discontinue the service at any time; if we do, we'll try to tell subscribers by text first.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder of the mobile number you sign up, or have their permission.
